Jharsuguda : Members of Jharsuguda Bharatiya Janta Party led by Dinesh Jain had submitted a memorandum to Executive Officer of Jharsuguda Municipality requesting to solve the water logging problem in Luharapara and other problems in Ward no. 6 on Tuesday
