Jharsuguda :�Eleven Armed Miscreants loot Cash, Gold and Silver ornaments after thrashing Fathers and Teachers of St. Arnold School, Bagdehi on Wednesday night, under Laikera Police station Limits in Jharsuguda District.
The matter came to light after one of the fathers of the school had reported this incident to Laikera Police on Thursday.
As per the Laikera Police officials, On Wednesday night 11, masked armed miscreants barged into St. Arnold School located at Bagedihi under Laikera police station limits and had assaulted three fathers residing in their quarters in the school premises and looted Rs. 4 Lakhs cash which was the admission fees collection along with gold and silver jewellery. Similarly, they had also looted cash and Gold & Silver Jewelleries from the other two teachers residing inside the campus.
Father Dilip Tirkey said, �On Wednesday night, eleven-armed masked people had broken our door lock and entered our room and thrashed us and had looted cash, gold chain and other gold ornaments and they have also looted other gold and silver jewellery from the teachers residing in the campus.�
A case has been registered at Laikera Police Station, where police have launched a manhunt to nab the culprits.
