Jharsuguda : In a significant breakthrough, the Jharsuguda Sadar Police officials arrested a 28-year-old youth from the Telibhata area under Jharsuguda Sadar Police station limits and seized 18.29 grams of Brown Sugar from him. Police identified the accused as Chhotu Sendriya (28years), a resident of Telibhata of Jharsuguda
As per police official, on receiving credible information about the transportation and sale of brown sugar by one Chhotu Sendriya, the police apprehended Chhotu Sendriya at Hanuman Temple Chowk Kabaristhanpada, Jharsuguda, at 7:30 AM on Saturday. After a subsequent search police discovered a polythene packet containing brown sugar weighing 18.29 grams. Additionally, 52 small pieces of colored papers used for brown sugar packing were found concealed in a silver-colored winter jacket he was wearing along with the seizure of a Cash of 1100/-.
