Jharsuguda: �The mutilated body of a female leopard was recovered on Thursday from a Machida Gramya Jungle under Lakhanpur Block of Jharsuguda District.
�Local villagers of the Machida Village had spotted the dead body of the leopard on Thursday morning, after which �they informed us , our team reached the spot, the leopard had sustained injuries all over the body and her nails and teeth�s were missing. The dead body of the leopard will be sent for the post mortem after which an inquiry will be conducted in this matter� said Jharsuguda Divisional forest officer (DFO) Arjun Behera.
