Jharsuguda : Railway Siding which is been situated right in the middle of the town and have been creating a lots of problem for the people residing nearby along with the shops present is scheduled to be shifted by April 1st onwards. This is being decided in a meeting held yesterday at Collectors office. This meeting was a result of RASTA ROKO which was held on 20th Mar 2013 night when the shop keepers of that area had closed the whole road in protest of the heavy dust which covered the whole town. The people had to wear mask and sit in their shops. Senior Leader of BJP Dinesh Jain and Ex- Chairman Tapas Ray Choudary, Sandeep Awasthy along with several others had also joined the protest looking into the genuine demand of the public. Soon in presence of Tahsildar Rajendra Minz and DPC Saroj Kumar Das and SDPO Fagua Singh all were had taken a decision to close the vehicle and after the meeting which was held yesterday It was decided that till the shifting of the Railway Siding on 1st April, water would be sprinkled due to which the dust would not fly and create problems.
