Jharsuguda : 56TH SAHANI CUP Inter District Football Tournament’s Semi Final was played on Tuesday at Jharsuguda and Brajrajnagar. In the First Semi Final Match which was being played at OSAP , Jharsuguda between Jharsuguda and Angul. Jharsuguda beat Angul by 6-5 goals, in which Sumit Munda of Jharsuguda Team was declared player of the Match for his brilliant contribution. the Chief Guest of the function was Kishore Ku. Mohanty, Chairman, WODC.
Similarly in second Semi Final match held at Brajrajnagar, played between Bargarh vs Cutttack. In which Cuttack had won this match very easily by scoring 3-0 goals. From Cuttack team main player who contributed Goals were Seikh Zahid,Arjun Naik, Mahesh Sahu and Player of the Match was given to Arjun Naik by the Chief Guest of the Function Gopanbandhu Sahu, Ex Football Player.
The Final Match will be played between Jharsuguda and Cuttack at Jharsuguda on 30th October 2014.
