TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited and Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited Sign Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) to Establish Silica Ramming Mass Manufacturing Business
Jharsuguda: TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited and Raghav Productivity Enhancers Limited (RPEL), world’s largest manufacturer of Silica Ramming Mass, have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) on 05.09.2026 at Kolkata for establishment of a Joint Venture Company in Odisha, India for manufacturing, marketing and sale of Silica Ramming Mass.
The Joint Venture brings together TRL Krosaki’s extensive quartzite mineral resources and RPEL’s globally recognized manufacturing expertise, proprietary technology and established market presence. The JV marks a significant step towards value-added utilisation of mineral resources while strengthening India’s position in the global Silica Ramming Mass industry.
The joint venture will leverage RPEL’s established technical know-how, extensive customer network across India and overseas markets, strong distribution platform and research and development capabilities to accelerate market penetration and business growth.
