77.20 pass percentage in Jharsuguda District

Jharsuguda: ‘Board of Secondary Education’ (BSE), Odisha, declared HSC 10th result today. State education minister Samir Dash declared the result today in the office of Board of Secondary Education. Just like the State, girls have scored more than boys in the District. Out of total pass results, while 2166 are boys, 2777 are girls. Out of the total 6574 candidates of the District 6403 students appeared for the examination.

From total of 6403, only 2 students secured Grade A1. The A1 awardees are Bijaya Kumar Senapati and Divesh Behera. Bijaya, is the student of Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Brajrajnagar, achieved 90.16% and Divesh of Niktimal High School Laikera scored 90%.

54 students have achieved Grade A2. Likewise, 167 students got B1 and 335 got B2, along with 609 got C grade, 1098 got D grade and 2678 passed with E grade so far. 1460 students have to reappear for the exams. They will need to score�at least 33 % marks in every subject and a minimum of 20% as aggregate to clear the HSC Class 10�exams.
