State Government hijacking the centers scheme and painting as their own: Dharmendra Pradhan
Jharsuguda : �Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan , who visited Jharsuguda on Saturday had given an rousing welcome by the party members of Jharsuguda Dist. BJP Unit.
While addressing to the Public he said that, After taking charge in the team of PM Narendra Modi I have come after one an half year . He added that, My fluent Hindi is just because of �Jharsuguda and Brajrajnagar, who have taught me to speak so fluently in Hindi. The place where I have reached is just because of the blessing of the Oriya people and Maha Prabhu Jagganath .
While sitting in Delhi, I had request the Agriculture Minister to send a Team to assess the drought in the Odisha, before even the of State Govt. had asked for it. Centre gives fund for any natural calamities like Cyclone, drought etc and its comes to SDRF (State Level Relief Fund). Centre provides money and it�s the responsibility of State. Govt. to spend it. But state should give the details of how much the crop has been damaged etc.
Western Odisha which is facing a drought situation, in the year 2002-03 when drought had happened in Odisha, Centre had given 20% assistance, in the year 2009-10 when again drought happened, Odisha got �6% and in the year 2010-11 Odisha had get only 26%. Just three days back centre had announce drought assistance it gave 36 to 37% assistance.
Food Security bill has been passed by the centre govt. for the poor people of India Govt. of India who will be benefitted with this food security. Today also when the advertisement published it has a logo of Govt. of India but Odisha Government says that this is been given by the State Government.
Centre of always working for the bringing the backward class forward. Even I am lowering the cost of LPG connection for BPL people, which will be around 50% less as compared to the actual cost for getting a new connection and that will be my responsibility. Very soon 2 Kg Cylinder and 5 Kg Cylinder will also be available in the market.
Jharsuguda district has given a lot which cannot be repaid back.� I want to inform that from the Petroleum Department Eastern India�s most advances and Modern Marketing Terminal is being constructed in Jharsuguda, in coming month PM Narendra Modi will come to Odisha and will inaugurate the Paradip refinery. It will be one of the most modern refineries in India.� From the Paradip refinery, Oil will go through the pipeline till Raipur via Jharsuguda. In Jharsuguda there will be one Tap up unit and if Odisha Government will help in two or three places then pipeline work will also be finished. By which an Industrial Environment will be created in Jharsuguda, thousands and thousands of truck will be loaded from Jharsuguda for Western Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand.
Even Jharsuguda has a LPG Bottling plant and in coming days, its capacity will be doubled which will make Jharsuguda and most Important Industrial place.
Earlier, Pradhan had also visited Brajrajnagar College where he attended Annual Day of the College.
In this Occasion, Brajrajnagar MLA Smt. Radharani Panda, National Secretary Suresh Pujari along with many other prominent leaders of Jharsuguda Dist. BJP unit was present.
