MahaBandh by Kosal State Co-ordination Committee

Jharsuguda : Normal life was thrown out of gear due to the 12-hour Mahabandh called by KosalState Co-ordination Committee, demanding a separate Kosal state.

All business establishments, including educational institutions and government offices at Jharsuguda district, remained closed due to the bandh while vehicular traffic came to a grinding halt.

In Jharsuguda District, Various important Chowks likeBadmal Chowk, Kishan Chowk, Prasanna Panda Chowk, Station Chowk were picketed by the members Kosal Kranti Dal . No four-wheeler was allowed on the roads.
