Demand for Projectors soars for India vs. Pak Match

Jharsuguda: Nobody wants to miss even a single moment of the India – Pakistan World T 20 Match on Saturday. In fact several people of Jharsuguda Town want to install a projector near their premise to enjoy the match in big screen with friends and neighbours. However, due to severe shortage of the screen-projectors on the town, the rents have gone up exponentially high.

Normally for one day, the projector rent ranges between Rs. 1500 and Rs.2000. But now, due to shortage of projectors, the rent has gone up to around Rs.3000 – Rs. 3500. Worse still, despite this, many people are ready to pay at this increased price but due to unavailability of projectors have left them disappointed.

There is some respite, as one of the Mini Multiplex of the town has planned to screen the match live on their theater.

“I have got numbers of calls for the projectors, as I had three projectors of mine, I had to arrange few more from others and nearly six projectors have already been installed especially for India vs. Pak Match.” Said Sudhir Kumar Shriwas, Owner of Muskan Video

“I had been trying to get projectors since two days; I had a great difficulty in arranging one projector” Said Guddu Shah, resident of Jharsuguda

“Nobody wants to miss this match; we have planned to watch this match with our friends at Brajrajnagar and have lucky to get a projector and screen installed on Friday evening itself.” Said Radheshyam Pradhan, resident of Brajrajnagar.
