Jharsuguda: A Language Laboratory was inaugurated by Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kishore Das at Laxmi Narayan College on Monday.
L.N. College of Jharsuguda is one of the twenty such colleges where this Language Lab will be built throughout the state. The
estimate cost of this lab is Rs. 20 Lakhs. Lab has been equipped with state-of-the- art labs. This lab has been installed with the help of IIT Kharagpur.
Main aim of the Language Lab is for the imparting soft skills and personality development of the students which would help them in securing good jobs in corporate sector.
Sarat Kumar Dubey, English Lecturer of L.N. College Said that, “It will be boon to the college students especially the rural students who cannot afford to spend, rather they can utilize this and secure a good job.”
Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kishore Das along with Prof. Tahalu Sahu, District Level consultant was present as the Guest of Honour.
