Jharsuguda: Jewellary wroth lakhs were looted from Sharma Jewellary shop situated at Main Road, near Purnabasti Chowk on Saturday afternoon.
According to the sources, the miscreant had visited the shop as a customer and was inside the shop for several hours, taking the advantage in absence of the shop owner, the miscreant had offered seductive cold drink to the sales guy and soon after sales guy dozed off, the miscreant fled away with the valuables. Jewellary shop owner when reached and found his sales guy unconscious he immediately took him to hospital and reported the incident to the Jharsuguda Town police
Jharsuguda Town Police IIC Nirmal Mahapatra along with S.I. Rabindra Nath Swain had visited the spot and are inquiring in to it.
