Jharsuguda: A foundation stone for Community Hall with a Capacity of 2,000 sitting arrangement was laid by the Animesh Nandan Sahay, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited and Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kishore Das on Monday in a function held near Kishan Chowk, Beheramal.
The Community Hall will be constructed with an estimated of 4Cr. 67Lakhs .
“Jharsuguda doesn’t have any community centre, due to which public had to face many problems to conduct social activities and functions. This Community Hall with an capacity of 2,000 sitting arrangement would be one of the biggest community centre at Jharsuguda”, Said by MLA Naba Kishore Das
CMD Sahay said that, “MCL as a company has a responsibility towards the community. Jharsuguda Town being a gateway for us, it should have all the basic facilities. I would request Govt. department involved in this project to construct this project as early as possible so that public can take the services.”
Brajrajnagar MLA Anup Sai along with MCL Director Technical A.K. Tiwari, ADM Bibhuti Bhusan Behera, Dr. S. R. Dubey, Purna Chandra Mafidar along with many other dignitaries were also present in this function.
