Team Save Jharsuguda Sets Up Water Troughs for Stray Animals on Hindu New Year.

Jharsuguda: On the occasion of the Hindu New Year, members of the social service organization *Team Save Jharsuguda* have taken a compassionate step to provide relief to stray animals struggling to find water in the summer heat. The team installed water troughs at various locations within Jharsuguda Municipality to ensure that stray cows, bulls, and other animals have access to clean drinking water.

On the first day of the New Year, the team placed water troughs at several key locations, including OMP, Nuapada Tarini Temple, Kisan Chowk, Bombay Chowk, BTM, Kali Temple Chowk, Pahadi Temple Chowk, Shanti Nagar, Badheimunda, and Purna. The initiative aims to help stray animals avoid dehydration and health issues caused by the scorching heat.

Team members involved in the initiative include Vinay Rajak, Anup Maharana, Ajit Majhi, Satyam Keshari, Vishal Meher, Shravan Sahu, Subham Keshari, along with other team members. Their collective effort reflects the organization’s dedication to the welfare of animals and the community.

Team Save Jharsuguda members expressed their commitment to expanding the initiative in the coming days. They plan to install more water troughs at additional locations to ensure that stray animals across the city have access to drinking water throughout the summer season.
