OPGC conducts Multi-specialty health check-up camp in Pandri panchyat, Jharsuguda
Jharsuguda: Odisha Power Generation Corporation ltd. today organized a multi-specialist health check-up camp at Pandri Gram Panchayat under Lakhanpur block of Jharsuguda district.
Sarpanch Subhasini Sahoo inaugurated the camp in the presence of Dr. G. L. Tiberiwal, along with CSR team and medical team of IB Thermal Power Station. A team of doctors comprising of Dr. G. L. Tiberiwal of IB Thermal Hospital along with specialist doctors invited by OPGC for this camp Dr. Varsha Gupta (Gynecologist), Dr. Devi Prasad Nanda (Orthopedic) and Dr. Baikuntha Nath Kashyap(Pediatrician) from Sambalpur & Jharsuguda, examined the incoming patients.
The patients were given consultation and medicine in the camp. Total 289 patients from 07 villages such as Pandri, Pechakanta, Gadikanta, Benkmura, Balanda, Gidha and Ainlajharan treated in this camp. The patients were checked up for ailments like Arthralgia, Melasma, Hypertension, Diabetics Mellites, General weakness, Dermatitis, Pyrexia, Acute Peptic Diseases, Knee pain, Acute gastritis, Def vision, Refractive, Anorexia and Lower Respiratory Tract Infection etc..
The camp was coordinated by CSR team of OPGC which includes Himansu Bhusan Behera, Rajendra Sa, Tapas Panda, Ramiyan Chhatria and Debasis Pattanaik with support from Staff of IB Thermal hospital Sujata Nayak, Truptimayee patel, Pravat Barik, Sandhya Kisan, Sandhyarani Kisan, Abhimanu Bhoi, Dillip Deep, Kunjabihari Behra and Karna Bag. Under the CSR programme of OPGC many such multi-specialty camps shall be organized in coming months of this financial year.
