Although the workload in the offices of the schools and education departments has increased, posts are not being created and promoted in that proportion. While this process is being done in other departments, the officials working in the education department are always neglected.
The Association has said that even though the School and Mass Education Department was reconstituted in 2023, there was no increase in the number of Assistant and Assistant Section Officers. Rather, the number of Assistants in various offices was reduced and the number of officers was increased unexpectedly. The Association has demanded that attention be paid to the Ministerial Staffs who have been neglected for years.
