Odisha Government to Increase Salaries of Anganwadis, ASHAs, and More
Nabarangpur: V. Karthik Pandian, Chairman of Aama Odisha Naveen Odisha, made a significant announcement during his visit to Nabarangpur district on Tuesday. He revealed that the state government is working towards increasing the salaries of anganwadis, ASHAs, community centre employees, MBKs, CRPs, pachikas, and Madhubabu pensioners.
Speaking at the “Aama Odisha Naveen Odisha” programme organised at Raighar Mini Stadium, Mr Pandian said, “The salaries of asha didi and Anganwadi workers will increase in the future. There will also be an increase in the salary of community centre employees. Plans are afoot to increase the salaries of MBKs and CRPs.
The Madhubabu pension will also increase. Similarly, the government is thinking of increasing the salary of the pachikas. Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will soon increase his salary.”
The approximately 10,000 attendees from the Umerkot assembly constituency who had gathered for the event reacted with excitement to the announcement.
