Jharsuguda Lok Mahotsav “Dulduli” to kick off from 1st January

Jharsuguda :  Jharsuguda Lok Mahotsav “Dulduli” is set to start on 1st January at Sarbahal High School Ground here. This Lok Mahotsav will be celebrated from 1st to 5th January.  All preparatory work for these five days of the cultural fest is almost completed.

Jharsuguda District Collector Aboli Sunil Naravane said, “Jharsuguda Lok Mahotsav Dulduli will be inaugurated on 1st January. In this regard, a Shobhayatra will also be organised.  This Lok Mahotsav will be conducted for 5 days from 1st Jan to 5th January. During this, various cultural Programmes along with day programmes will be held. The Cultural Programme will start at 5 pm evening while the day programmes will be held from 10 am to 5 pm.  In Cultural Programme various troops will participate including National, State and Local Teams. Around 6 Teams from National including Punjab, Assam, Maharashtra and West Bengal will participate while 16 troops from State and 26 local troops will participate in this year’s Dudluli. Additionally, Pallishree Mela will also be organised by ORMAS, where various SHG Group will come and display their products. This year a total of 435 stalls including 200 Stalls of ORMAS (Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society) will be set up.”
