Five injured in a Wild Boar attack
Jharsuguda : Five villagers were seriously injured in a Wild Board entered the Chikhli village under Rengali Police Station limits in Jharsuguda District on Monday morning.
The injured were identified as Kaushalya Bhoi (75), Birat Khamari (49), Karunakar Khamari (62) Asudh Majhi (45), all residents of Chikhli Village while one Laxman Gardia (38) resident of Remata Village in Lakhanpur Block of Jharsuguda District.
As per sources, On Monday Morning at around 9:30 am, a Wild Boar sneaked into the Chikhili Village and injured Kaushalya Bhoi, Birat Khamari, Karunakar Khamari, Asudh Majhi and one Laxman Gardia. All were sent to Chantipali Community Healthcare Centre (CHC) for treatment, except Kaushalaya Bhoi and Birat Khamari who were seriously injured and have been shifted to VIMSAR Burla for further treatment.
