Jharsuguda: BJP Holds Campaign Program to Mark 9 Years of Modi Government
Jharsuguda: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held a campaign programme in Brajrajnagar Ward No. 20 (Remja Village and Jhankar Pada) on the occasion of the completion of nine years of service, good governance, and poor welfare under the successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi government.
The programme was led by Bharatiya Janata Party Brajrajnagar Mandal President, Mr. Rukman Dhurua. Shri Biswajit Sarangi, Youth Leader of Brajrajnagar Constituency and State Bharatiya Janata Youth Morcha Vice President, along with other prominent party leaders, were present as the Chief Guest.
During the programme, Mr. Dhurua highlighted the achievements of the Modi government in the last nine years. He said that the government has moved from policy paralysis to decisive policy and from the weakest 5 in the economy to the top 5. He also said that the government has ended the politics of racism, corruption, and appeasement and established the politics of development.
Shri Sarangi said that the Modi government has worked for the welfare of all sections of society, especially the poor, women, and farmers. He said that the government has provided free gas connections through the Ujjwala Yojana, 5 kg of food per capita to 80 crore families through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, and sanitary pads at Rs. 1 to women and girls. He also said that the government has built houses for the poor under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme and has provided affordable generic medicines through more than 9,300 Jan Aushadhi Kendras.
The program was attended by a large number of people from the area. They expressed their satisfaction with the work done by the Modi government and said that they are confident that the government will continue to work for their welfare in the future.
