Odisha CM inaugurates Sadar Police Station, Jharsuguda through Video conferencing
Jharsuguda: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday inaugurated six new police station, including a Sadar Police station in Jharsuguda Town through video conferencing.
The New Jharsuguda Sadar Police station was done by upgrading the existing BTM Outpost under Jharsuguda Police Station.
The Six New Police station are Bharatpur Police station in UPD Bhubaneswar, Angul Sadar Police station, Jharsuguda Sadar Police Station, Belguntha Police Station in Ganjam, Sabrang Police Station in Bhadark, Pirahat Police Station in Bhadarak.
The new Jharsuguda Sadar Police Station will cover Sarasmal, Siriabagicha, Malipada under Ward No. 2, Telibhata, Kabrasithan pada, Chandmari, Mauligudi, Mission Hospital Road under Ward No. 05, Ekatali Area of Ward No. 6, BTM, Sarberna, Suldiapada under Ward No. 7, Jharianar, PAnchpada (Part) under Ward No. 08, Cox Colony, Convent School, Mamta Marble under Wards No.10 of Jharsuguda municipality and H Kantapali, Marakuta, Jamera Village under Jharsuguda Block
In Jharsuguda, Odisha Health and Family Welfare Minister Naba Kishore Das along with Jharsuguda District Collector Saroj Kumar Samal and Jharsuguda SP Rahul PR were present in this event.
Odisha Health Minister Naba Kishore Das said, “Our CM has inaugurated this Sadar Police Station in Jharsuguda. This police station will be very beneficial for controlling of Law and Order in Jharsuguda.”
Jharsuguda Superintendent of Police Rahul PR said, “The existing BTM police outpost under Jharsuguda Police station this has been upgraded into the new Sadar Police Station and by this new Sadar police station we will be able to provide better-policing services to the local residents.”
