Jharsuguda: In a shocking incident, a 9-year-old kid was killed and another one 11-year-old Child was injured after a paddy Thresher Machine overturned and fell over them in Chichinda Village under Gandhi Chowk Police outpost of Brajrajnagar Police Station limit on Monday afternoon.
Police identified the deceased as Sujal Bhoi, 9-year-old, while other Child was identified as Piyush Patel, 11-year-old who sustained serious injury when a paddy thresher Machine overturned and fall over them.
As per report, On Monday, afternoon, a Murari Bhoi, the owner of paddy thresher machine, along with his 9-year-old son Sujal Bhoi had gone to one Basudev Patel�s Crop for threshing of Paddy.
After Completing the work, the paddy thresher machine was being taken to another place for work by Murari Bhoi, meanwhile the two children had sat over the Thresher Machine, but while taking the machine, the thresher machine overturned, in which Sujal Bhoi, died on the spot, while other Piyush Patel was injured.
Brajrajnagar Police station officials reached the spot and immediately sent the injured child to the Hospital for medical treatment.
