Jharsuguda : Members of Jharsuguda Citizen Forum on Wednesday met with Jharsuguda District Collector Saroj Kumar Samal and submitted a 20 point memorandum for the overall development of Jharsuguda district including the points for good governance in the district.
Jharsuguda District Collector vividly discussed each point for about 30 minutes and appreciated the points of demand. He also informed about the steps already taken by the District Administration with regard to various demands.
He also took immediate steps for a few demands and asked the concerned department to take immediate steps with regard to shifting of electrical transformers from roadside etc.
He also assured the members to take immediate steps with regards to other demands for making Jharsuguda better.
The meeting was attended by CA Mahendra Kedia, Om Prakash Khaitan, Pawan Sultania, Adv Das, CA Abhijit Tekriwal, Santosh Shukla and Ajit Panigrahi from Jharsuguda Citizens Forum.
