Hon’ble MP Suresh Pujari urge MCL to name upcoming Eco-Tourism Park in the name of a local freedom fighter
Jharsuguda : Hon’ble MP Suresh Pujari on Saturday has written to Chairman cum Managing Director of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) and urged him to name the upcoming Eco-Tourism Park at Lilari on the name of Local Freedom Fighter of Western Odisha.
He mentioned that Jharsuguda district in particular along with Western Odisha in general contributed in a big way in the freedom movement as well as to our literature, Culture and tradition.
He stated that the name of the Eco-Tourism Park should be named on one such glorious son of our area to be decided by the people of the area and also dedicate this to all the freedom fighter of Western Odisha with the installation of their statues inside the part including a “Museum” depicting their glorious struggle and sacrifices for gaming Independence of Mother India. Such inclusion will be a tribute to them and help the new generation to know our glorious past and history and inspire the society to translate their dream into reality.
