Lions Club of Jharsuguda donates Sanitary napkin vending machine at JES Ladies Hostel.
Jharsuguda: A Sanitary napkin vending machine was donated to the ladies hostel of Jharsuguda Engineering school by Lions Club of Jharsuguda on 21st September.It was inaugurated by Lion Major Chitta Ranjan Dash.
On this occasion, a seminar on “Feminine Hygiene” was also organised in the presence of Chief Guest was Ln Maj. CR Dash, Guest of Honour was Smt Pragati Dash, Principal, Jharsuguda Engineering School, Dr Babita Ramani was the Chief speaker who elaborately described the problems faced by ladies and it’s precautions and prevention measures.
The meeting was presided by Lion Kishor Mohanty, conducted by program Chairperson Lion Madhumita Subhnil.
On this occasion, Region chairperson-Lion Shailesh King Subhnil, Zone Chairperson Lion Harish Gupta were also on the dais. The program was coordinated by Lion Vandana Patel and Lion Jyoti Lath.
It was successfully completed due to the cooperation of Saroj panda, Sangya Panda, Bharat Agrawal, Vaibhav Gupta, Preeti Gupta, Shelly Gupta, Rajkumar Sahu, Rita Sahu, Kavita Panda, Amrapalli Sahu. A Vote of thanks was by given by Lion T. Mathai.
More than 150 students and all lady lectures of Jharsuguda Engineering School were present.
