Jeeban Mohanty becomes President of Jharsuguda Press Club

Jharsuguda : Senior Journalist Jeeban Mohanty of Jharsuguda has been elected as the president of Jharsuguda Press Club for the coming tenure.

In this regard, an Oath taking ceremony function was held at Hotel Meghdoot on Monday evening, in which Jharsuguda S.P. Aswini Kumar Mohanty was the Chief Guest along with OSAP 2nd Battalion Commandant MD. Zaheed as Guest of Honour and Chief Speaker Prof. Tapan Barik.

The function started with Lighting of Lamp by the guest and welcome speech by Senior Journalist Raj Kumar Sharma

In this function, the members had also felicitated the founding member of Jharsuguda Press Club Gangadhar Gardnaik in this function. Later on, the press members had also felicitated Ex-Chairman, Jharsuguda Municipality Harish Ganatra and President of Barista Nagarik Sangh Arjun Lal More.

The function was presided by Sanjay Lodha and Pyare lal Srivastav . Vote of thanks was given by Senior Journalist Prashant Ku. Mohanty
