Congress Observer visits Jharsuguda
Jharsuguda, December 6th: �Congress Observer MLC D. Bhanu Prasad Rao arrived at Jharsuguda on Thursaday. Rao who is been a Congress observer for 11 out of 21 Constituency of Odisha. Namely Bargarh, Sundergarh, Keojhar, Jajpur, Bolangir,Dhenkanal, Balasore, Bhadrak, MayurBhanj , Kalahandi and Koraput
He had arrived today around 11 P.M. and had stayed at Hotel Paul Heights where a big queue of congress workers had lined up. He was given welcome by the Congress workers and after which he had met with congress workers one by one.
He told that Congress party, which believe in pre-prepared for the elections.This time Congress party wants to known the views about their candidates directly from the congress carders. Then party would take a decision in selection process of candidates.
He added that, this time a new system has been adapted by the Congress under the guidance of Rahul Gandhi. In earlier election, the tickets were given to the candidates who were been referred by the PCC but this time Rahul Gandhi wants to know the view of the each Candidates from their respective Congress carders.
By this process we will be having a full bio-data of the candidates before hand and which would help us in selecting the candidates whenever the election is announced. Till now we have covered seven constituencies including this. We have received a very good response from the congress carders. Rather Congress Carders are very excited about the adaptation of new system for selection of candidates.
Rao also said that �In Earlier Election held at Odisha there was some sort of internal�group-ism�but now there seems to be more unity among the congress. I would assure you that in Odisha we would win not less than 17 parliament seats.�
He also added that we are not looking to the candidates but rather seeing how the congress party would wins and that is more important. We are emphasizing on how the congress as a party would win even the carders voicing about the same. �He then left for Sambalpur.
