BJP Unit of Jharsuguda protest against the FDI in retail, submits memorandum to Collector.
Jharsuguda : Members of Jharsuguda BJP wing led by State Executive Body Member Dinesh Kumar Jain and District President of BJP Pramod Kumar Senapati� had staged a protest in front of the collector ate office, demanding immediate roll back of FDI in the retail trade , Steps to crub inflation in the country, Measures to control and eradicate corruption from the country.
BJP have blamed Union Government that it has committed breach of its own understanding given to Parliament and without consulting any one, it has introduced FDI in retail trade. While most of the political parties and the people at large have opposed FDI in retail trade, the Union Government has taken a self serving decision. Due to introduction of FDI in the retail trade, small businessman, entrepreneurs and farmers will stand to lose their bread and butter and it will give rise to further unemployment in the country. BJP has strongly condemned and oppose the FDI in retail trade.
A memorandum addressed to Hon�ble President of India Sj. Pranab Mukherjee had been handed over to the Collector.
In this protest Naresh Nayak , Deepak Patel, G.D. Patel,Murari Lal Tulshyan (Vice Chairman of Jharsuguda Municipality) , Anand Kumar Pradhan, Bijay Sarangi along with several other members were also present .
