Jharsuguda: Members of Jharsuguda Youth Congress today had met with Dist. Collector Bishnu Prasad sahoo and handed over a memorandum.
In this memorandum, Jharsuguda Youth Congress had blamed that financial drought relief package announced by the Government was not been properly distributed till now to the farmers in 2011.
According to the sources, in the year 2011 farmers of Kirmira , Kalbira and Laikera Block were hit with a drought due to which the Government had announced relief packages to the victims. But still some farmers of these blocks have been waiting for these relief packages.
In this regard today the Jharsuguda Youth Congress President Benu Gopal Panigrahi with Gen. Sec. Bargarh Loksabha, Sonu Kumar , Neeraj Kumar , Gen. Secretary AIC , Bunty Mullick , Gen. Sec. Minority Cell , Manit singh Yadav , Amol Minz , Asish Sharma along with many others congress workers had met with Dist. Collector and had submitted a memorandum.
