World Forest Day Celebrated at Babuchhipidhi Panchayat High School in presence of Bagadihi Forest Range Officer Bandana Pasayat.

Jharsuguda: World Forest Day was celebrated at Babuchhipidhi Panchayat High School under the Bagadihi forest range of Jharsuguda. The event was chaired by Bagadihi Forest Range Officer Bandana Pasayat. This year’s theme, “Forests and Food,” was explained to the students by the forest officer and the teachers of Babuchhipidhi High School.

As part of the event, a quiz competition was organized for the students. The winners of the competition were awarded prizes. The teachers of Babuchhipidhi High School, including Malaya Basant Jayapuria, Akshaya Kumar Podh, Kalyani Pradhan, Bishnu Charan Mahapatra, Ramesh Chandra Patel, Khulia Chhatriya, peon Gurucharan Kharsel, and Mantu Nayak, were present at the event.

Bagadihi forest range team leader Chudamani Behera, DO Bhakti Jena, Satyasmita Behera, forest guard Satyabrata Sahu, and Rajkishore Panigrahi also contributed to the program’s success.
