The 76th Republic Day Celebrated at Ghanshyam Hemlata Vidya Mandir, Jharsuguda.
Jharsuguda: On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, GhanshyamHemlataVidyaMandir, located in Balijori, celebrated the day with messages of love, sacrifice, and patriotism. At 8:00 AM, the school principal, Sanjukta Dash, hoisted the national flag and encouraged students to dedicate themselves to serving Mother India and to shape themselves into responsible citizens.
During the celebration, the principal highlighted the greatness of Republic Day, stating that India’s Constitution is one of the best and that India stands as a leading democratic nation.
She paid tribute to the martyrs and emphasized the crucial role of the youth In maintaining the country’s freedom and integrity. The event included the singing of the national anthem by the teachers and a cultural program featuring patriotic dance performances and yoga demonstrations by students.
Students Divyanshi Raut, Sai Shri Singh, and Sai Gautam Sahu delivered speeches commemorating Republic Day. The students’ rendition of patriotic songs was particularly melodious.A parade was conducted by various schoolhouses.
The guest, Saubhagya Patel, awarded prizes to meritorious students for their achievements in the annual art exhibition and honoured all members of the school’s student parliament Senior English teachers Jagadish Prasad Panigrahi and Mohit Kumar Deep conducted the stage proceedings. The program’s success was ensured by joint CCA coordinators Sandhya Rani Sahuand KamaleshSahu, along with the efforts of all teachers, students, and members of the school parliament.
