Krishna Janmashtami Celebrated with Enthusiasm at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Mangal Bazar, Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda : Krishna Janmashtami festival was celebrated with great enthusiasm today at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Mangal Bazar, Jharsuguda. The event was graced by the presence of CA Amit Kumar Agrawal, Zonal In-charge of Ekal Gramothan Foundation, who attended as the chief guest. He was accompanied on stage by the school’s founder secretary Subhash Prasad Sanghai, present secretary Chandan Didwania, and Principal Babu Lal Sahu.

The celebration began with the chief guest lighting the ceremonial lamp, followed by students reciting the Gayatri Mantra, Vandana, and Shanti Path. Young children dressed as Krishna and Radha, who had come from their homes, became the center of attraction.

The Janmashtami festival continued with various activities, including cow worship, bhajans, intellectual and cultural programs, and the traditional Dahi Handi (pot-breaking) event.
