Odisha CM Dedicates 73 Ama Hospitals in 15 District including Jharsuguda
Jharsuguda : Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday dedicated 5T transformation of 73 Government hospitals across 15 districts �including Jharsuguda Dist. Headquarter hospital and Lakhanpur CHC of Jharsuguda district under the �Ama Hospital� initiative to provide patient-centric and quality healthcare services to the people of Odisha.
In this regard, special launch programmes have been held at two places. Zilla Parishad Chairperson Tulabati Minz, Additional Collector (General) Brajabandhu Bhoi, District Chief Medical and Public Health Officer Dr Mahesh Mohan Panda, Dr Purna Chandra Dalai, DPM Bulunath Sahu, DDM Prasanta Das, Hospital Manager Kumar Abhishek and officials and staff of the District Health Department participated in the program. Asha workers, Anganwadi workers, health workers and a large number of people were present at the event.
Similarly, in a Lakhanpur, �Brajrajnagar MLA Alka Mohanty, Zilla Parishad Vice-Chairman Akshay Kumar Sahu, Lakhanpur Block President Huteshwari Tihiria, Zilla Parishad Member Sanat Kumar Singh, Local Sarpanch Aarti Pradhan, Lakhanpur Community Health Centre Officer Dr Jugal Kishore Bhoi, Community Development Officer Vinay Kumar Patel, Assistant Collector Smt. Sasya Reddy were present on the occasion. Ananta Mishra, Sanjay Kumar Barik, Pramod Pradhan, Manoj Sai, Ashutosh Behera and many other staff members of Lakhanpur Community Health Centre contributed to the conduct of the programme. Additional District Public Health Officer Dr. Radharaman Birtia proposed the vote of thanks while District Vector Borne Disease Advisor Virat Raja Padhan conducted the programme. The event was attended by a large number of people including health workers and ASHA workers.
