JSW BPSL has won Inter Corporate Badminton Tournament 2022 held at TRL Krosaki Refractories Ltd., Belpahar. The finals of doubles team was played between JSW BPSL, Sambalpur works and SE Railways, Jharsuguda. Yash Agarwalla and Soumyadatta Biswal from JSW BPSL defeated the duo of Manas Ranjan Sahoo and Raju Sona Tanti from Railways by 2-1 in the final match.
JSW BPSL defeated MCL Lakhanpur and Railways defeated MCL IB Valley in the semi-finals to reach finals.
Teams from 7 organizations i.e JSW BPSL, OPGC , Airport Authority of India, MCL , Railways, TRL Krosaki Ltd., Railways and Odisha Police participated in the tournament which was filled with excitement, good game play and sportsmanship and encouragement from all the quarters. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Tarapada Dash, EVP ( corporate Services ), TRL Krosaki. Rahul Jain, SP, Jharsuguda was the Chief guest of the prize giving programme. Senior executives of JSW BPSL, MCL, APD VSS Airport witnessed the programme.
