AYUSH doctors urge government to regularize their services
Jharsuguda : Jharsuguda AYUSH Doctors association has submitted a memorandum to District Collector demanding to regularise their service by 30th September or else they will be restored to non-cooperation agitation from 2nd October at all overstate.
As per the memorandum, around 1150 positions Ayush Doctors are working in CHC/PHs of Odisha on a contractual basis under NHM but their services are yet to be regularised. They have written to Government several times for regularisation but to date, nothing has been done.
“We had submitted our demand to Odisha Health minister and 5T secretary if by 30th September if our service is not regularising then they will go on non-cooperation Agitation from 2nd October. Till now we have been working under NHM and After 14 years also till now our services are not regularised” said Dr Dibendu Kumar Sahu
