Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district reported 79 new COVID-19 positive patients, in the last 24 hours. Taking the total COVID positive cases in the district till date to 2276.
Among them, 8 are from Hotel Quarantine while 71 in Home quarantine after contact tracing.
As per reports, 33 positive patients confirmed at Jharsuguda Municipality and 3 patients detected at Jharsuguda block. Whereas 12 patients detected at Lakhanpur block, 13 patients confirmed at Belpahar Municipality, 4 patients detected at Brajrajnagar Municipality, 9 patients confirmed at Laikera block and 5 patients confirmed at Kolabira Block.
With this, Jharsuguda district’s total positive cases reach 2276, while total active cases reach 812. 1 died and the total number of 1463 patients recovered so far.
