WOMAN LOST HER LEG WHILE COMING DOWN A MOVING TRAIN
Jharsuguda : A 35-year-old woman lost her left leg after she slipped down from a moving train at Jharsuguda Road railway station on Friday.��After Slipping down, the moving train ran over the woman’s left leg’s thigh.
The woman was identified as Sushila Mangraj (35), a resident of Bariapalli, Nuapada, Sambalpur.
As per sources, the victim, tried to come down from a running train at Jharsuguda Road Railway Station from the Train No. 13352, Allepy Dhanbad Express, while the train was in a running state. As the train was running late had reached Jharsuguda Road station at 8:45 am, when this incident took place.
On duty Railway Protection Force (RPF) staffs, RPF Constable Lamuel Kar and local people including Rajesh Padhee who were present at that moment immediately come to her rescue and took her to the District headquarter Hospital where she was later referred to the VIMSAR Burla.
