Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre inaugurated by Justice Vinod Prasad , Orissa High Court

Jharsuguda : Justice Vinod Prasad, Orissa High Court and Member Secretary of Orissa State Legal Service Authority, Cuttack , Sashikanta Mishra has exhorted advocates and the public to make use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to amicably settle their cases.

He was here on Sunday to inaugurate a building for an ADR centre at the district court complex. Mr. Prasad said that settling cases through mediation was beneficial to both the plaintiff and the defendant. He also appealed to advocates to take the benefit of this centre and also help them to increase their practices. Additionally, he also inaugurated the Video Conference Hall.

S.R. Bohidar, District & Session Judge, N.K. Mishra , Vice President Jharsuguda Dist. Bar Association, B.B. Pattnaik , Jharsuguda Collector, Uma Shankar Dash, Jharsuguda S.P. �were present in this inauguration ceremony.
