RCC Rourkela won the 1st Bharat Kumar Patel Memorial T-20 Cricket Tournament-2015
Jharsuguda :�RCC Rourkela won the�1st Bharat Kumar Patel Memorial T-20 Cricket Tournament-2015 held at Man Mohan M.E. School Ground. The tournament was organised by�Progressive Association.
Wining the Toss , RCC Rourkela chose to bat first and had scored 112 runs losing 10 wickets in 19.5 Overs. From the RCC Rourkela the highest scores were knocked by S.K. Jahagir 27 and Ranjeet Singh 16 runs. Where as chasing the score Jagannath Colony, started very beautifully but the RCC bowlers had snatched the match fromt he hands of Jagannath Colony, who could only managed to score 102 losing seven wickets in 20 Overs.�The match was Umpired by�Prajwal Patel & Mahesh Munsi and the�Match Refree was Prashant Jena.
In the felicitation ceremony held today , various Guest were present at the function. the Main Chief Guest was Harish�Ganatra , Chairman Jharsuguda Municipality along with Tapas ray Choudhary , Mukesh Tiwari, Dinesh Jain, Dinesh Soni , Sandeep Awasthy , Trinath Gual, Chirag Patel. In this function , the Progressive Club had felicitated Ganesh Ch. Naik as the Senior Sports Teacher for his contribution towards promoting sports in the district.�Man of the Match was handed over to S.K. Jahagir of RCC , Rourkela.
The runners up Jagannath Colony , Sambalpur thanked the organiser for organising such tournament . The runners up were handed over Rs. 10,000 along with a trophy where as the Winners were awarded Rs. 15,000 along with a trophy.
