Jharsuguda: One person died and four injured in a road accident at Durlaga Village on the Monday morning. The deceased was identified as Shiv Kumar (20), resident of Durlaga village.
As per the sources, driver of goods carrier Tata Max Vehicle (OR 16E 7701), which was coming from Sundergarh towards Jharsuguda lost control and had dashed the cyclist at Durlaga Village, in which one youth died and four injured, the injured were identified as Sankar Kumar (24), Mantu Kumar (21), Manoj Neti (26) along with the helper of the vehicle Rupesh Sahu (23), resident of . After the incident, the driver left the vehicle and had fled away from the scene.
The injured were immediately rushed to the Jharsuguda Headquarter Hospital for treatment, among which three were seriously injured and had been referred to VSS Medical,Burla.
