Jharsuguda : Utkal Divas was celebrated at Jharsuguda Town Hall. Cheif Guest of this function was Shri Guru Prasad Mishra , Jharsuguda Collector , along with S.P. S.K. Kunwar , Rabindra Mishra , ADM , Pradeep Barik , Jharsuguda Sub Collector , Shrimati Renuka Kansarali , President Zilla Parisad were also present in this function. Prizes were distributed to all the students who had participated in the event conducted by DIPR.
