“MANAGING TENSION THROUGH SPIRITUAL WISDOM” – A SESSION BY BRAHMAKUMARI ADITI DIDI AND REENA DIDI
Jharsuguda : An inspiring session of “Om Shanti” on “Tension free Life” was conducted by Brahma kumari Aditi Didi and Reena Didi at Ghanshyam Hemlata Vidya Mandir under the guidance of Principal Sanjukta Dash. The event aimed to address stress management through spiritual insights, fostering mental peace and resilience in students and staff alike. Speaking to an engaged audience, Brahma kumari Aditi Didi delved into the root causes of tension, emphasizing how negative thinking, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of spiritual awareness often lead to stress. “Tension is not external; it is how we perceive and respond to situations,” she explained. She highlighted the importance of self-awareness, meditation, and positive thinking as effective tools to combat mental pressure. She also focused on “Swachintan, Swadarshan and Swamat and requested everybody to ignore Parchintan, Pardarshan and Parmat.”Reena Didi complemented the discussion with practical techniques, including mindfulness exercises and tips for staying grounded amidst daily challenges. She encouraged the participants to adopt a balanced lifestyle and to prioritize inner peace over material pursuits. The Principal, Sanjukta Dash, appreciated the enlightening session, noting, “In today’s fast-paced world, such teachings are essential for cultivating a healthy and focused mindset. This initiative will undoubtedly help our students and faculty lead more harmonious lives. “The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where participants shared their concerns and received personalized advice from the speakers.
