Jharsuguda : As previous year , Shiv Shakti always have a unique pendal along with the arrangements done this year. Shiv Shakti’s Pendal was beautifully made, Flashing LED lights were installed on the floor of the Pendal. Additionally, the whole pendal was air conditioned.
