Mega Health Check-up Camp Held in Malimunda Village, Jharsuguda on Doctors Day, CA Day, and SBI Day
Jharsuguda : In a remarkable display of community service and collaboration, a Mega Health Check-up camp was organized today in Malimunda Village, Jharsuguda, celebrating Doctors Day, CA Day, and SBI Day. This event was jointly facilitated by the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Jharsuguda Branch of Chartered Accountants, and the State Bank of India (SBI).
The camp provided free health check-ups, medicines, fruits, and juice to over 200 villagers from Malimunda and nearby areas. The initiative aimed to promote health awareness and offer essential medical services to the local community. Residents benefited from comprehensive health screenings conducted by specialized doctors , Surgery – Dr.R.K.Joshi, Gynaecology – Dr.S.J.Patel, Medicine – Dr.Zia ul Haq & Dr. S.K.Lath, Dental – Dr.P.K.Panda & Dr Dolly Lath, Eye – Dr.D.K.Pattnaik and Paediatric Dr. Sai Kiran Dalai were present.
In this initiative, the Jharsuguda Branch of Chartered Accountants played a significant role in organizing the camp. Present at the event were CA Mukesh Shah, President, Jharsuguda Branch of ERIC , CA Mahendra Kedia, Founding president of Jharsuguda Branch of ERIC along with CA Himanshu Barpanda, CA Manish Shah, CA Sanjay Sarawagi, CA Kushal Sitani, CA Ravi Kedia.
From the Indian Medical Association, the following members were present: Dr. R.K. Joshi, President, Dr. S.J. Patel, Secretary Additional doctors and medical staff from IMA Jharsuguda provided their expertise and support.
Sri Ashwini Prahraj, Assistant General Manager (AGM) of the State Bank of India, Jharsuguda Region, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The event also received enthusiastic support from local villagers, including Trinath Gual, Ward Councillor Kailash Nanda, and Sudhanshu Chandra Naik, among others, who contributed to the success of the camp.
The joint efforts of the IMA, CA Branch, and SBI in organizing this camp underscore the power of collaboration in enhancing community well-being. The event not only provided immediate health benefits but also reinforced the importance of regular health check-ups and preventive care.
