Governor Raghubar Das Visits Jharsuguda, Interacts with Locals and Distributes Chocolates to Children
Jharsuguda: On Wednesday, Governor Raghubar Das graced Jharsuguda with his presence during a day-long visit. Governor Das’s itinerary included a heartfelt interaction at an Anganwadi Centre, where he distributed chocolates and warm words to the little ones.
At OSAP 2nd Battalion, he engaged in meaningful conversations with beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The governor’s journey continued to Talpatia High School, where he delved into discussions with farmers and villagers, addressing their concerns.
During his visit, locals took the opportunity to meet and express their issues to the governor, fostering a sense of connection and understanding.
Governor Das’s compassionate nature was evident as he paid a visit to the district headquarters hospital, inquiring about the medical system and patient care. At Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya in Katapali, he engaged in a review, followed by a visit to the collector’s office.
As the sun began to set, Governor Das concluded his visit, departing from Jharsuguda airport at 5.55 p.m. District Collector Aboli Sunil Narwane, SP Smit Parmar P, and other district-level officials were present throughout the governor’s visit, ensuring a seamless and fruitful experience.
