Jharsuguda: In a broad daylight heist, unidentified miscreants looted 90 thousand from a motorcycle dickey of a person of Lamtibahal area under Brajrajnagar Police station limits in Jharsuguda district on Tuesday.
As per the report, the incident took place at around 11:30 am when Ahmed, a resident of Brajrajnagar working as a private contractor had collected Rs. 1 Lakh cash from Punjab National Bank Bank. Later he kept Rs. 10,000 cash in his pocket while, Rs. 90,000 cash was kept inside the motorcycle dickey. After that, he had stopped at a tea stall to have tea after parking his bike and when he came back, he found that the cash was missing from his bike’s dickey. Later he had lodged a complaint at Brajrajnagar Police station. Police had launched a manhunt to trace the miscreants involved in this case.
