Jharsuguda : CA week has been observed by the Jharsuguda Branch of ICAI on occasion of CA Day i.e. foundation day, which is celebrated by the ICAI on 1st July each year. On this occasion the National President of ICAI, Sri Atul Gupta greeted all the members on virtual meeting i.e. on online meeting platform.
Jharsuguda Branch has also celebrated the CA Day by hosting flag at our office building at Sarbahal road, Jharsuguda. The Flag has been hosted by Chairman of Jharsugdua Branch, CA Manish Didwania.
Due to COVID – 19 pandemic, the branch MC members were only present on this eve. On this eve the Jharsuguda Branch has organized two competitions for the students of class XI and above, one is Speech Competition & another is Essay Competition. The speech competition was organized by on zoom platform, where student have performed by sitting in their home. More than 35 students participated in the competition. The results have declared and the Winner of the speech competition was Miss Annushree Bondia and runner up are Goutami Solanki & Kirti Shah. The winner of essay competition was Miss Ragini Didwania and runner up were Vananya Shroff & Radhika Agrawal. All the students performed well. In future also the branch will be organizing such programs for the students.
The branch is thankful for our judge’s panel, i.e. Ln Kishore Mohanty, Sri Sanjay Lodha, Mrs Sujata Lenka from DPS, CA H S Barpanda & CA Khushboo Agrawal for their time and effort they have given. in this members of managing committee CA Manish Shah, CA Narayan Kedia and CA Ankit Agrawal & CA Niraj Gajjar was present.
