Jharsuguda : Jharsuguda District again reports, 23 COVID Cases in last 24 Hours, taking COVID Cases toll in the district to 72 till date. �As per the report, among total 72 COVID cases, around 18 cases have been recovered and presently 54 cases are active.
Yesterday, 8 positive cases were detected during first half of the day , which were 5 cases from Brajrajnagar , 3 from Jharsuguda Municipality.
Later by the end of the day, Number of cases surged to 15, including 9 from Brajrajnagar Bundia Colony ( Maharashtra Returnee and were staying at Quarantine Center Aintapali), one 31-year-old male from Belpahar Railway Colony, one 7-year-old male from Chhattisgarh at Kandehi, Machida Gram Panchayat in Lakhanpur Block, one year female came from Sahadol (M.P.) and was staying at Quarantine Centre at Deopan in Kirmira. Apart from these, One 56 years old Govt. Pharmacist of Badeghi along with two drivers of vehicles visiting for Swab Collection under Brajrajnagar CHC has also been tested positive.
