Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district administration has installed Washbasins at Jharsuguda District Collectorate office for the officials and visitors to wash their hands before entering into the office.
This five washbasin was installed in front of the main gate of the Jharsuguda District Collectorate premises, with COVID19 prevention banners where also put up for�the visitors as well as the officials working in the District Collectorate office to wash their hand and enter the office.
Jharsuguda District Collector Saroj Kumar Samal said that ” We have installed these washbasins to send a message to everyone, regarding how important is to keep ourselves clean & hygienic, which is also said by our Chief Minister and Prime Minister to keep ourselves clean and Hygienic and keep our surrounding clean, which is the duty for each and every citizen of India. We want to request each and everyone to keep themselves and their surrounding clean. To make everyone understand the importance regarding this we have installed this Washbasin .”
” At this time when the world is suffering from this crisis from this COVID-19, prevention is the only the option left, in this regard the initiative taken by the Jharsuguda District Administration, which has been promoting the personal habit of keeping ourselves hygienic by washing the hand �is very commendable but additionally would request District administration to have an installation of such washbasins at all Bus stand, �Hospital and Municipality where the water pipeline is available for creating mass awareness among the people.” �said Jayant Dixit, resident of Brajrajnagar�
